Other species are as precious as ours.
Why do we feel the need to ‘conquer’ or ‘tame’ Nature? Is it because we don’t understand that we are part of a complex dance that includes the rhythms of numerous other species? And that it is these rhythms that contribute to our well-being and survival?
Nature is way too intricate and complex to serve the needs of one species alone. Killing other species and destroying their habitats will be detrimental to us too. Maybe it is time to recognize that other species are as precious as ours and exist to complement Nature’s intricate balance – a balance necessary for our survival.
Maybe it is time to start becoming an active participant in preserving Nature’s glorious colors. Maybe it is time to just be a part of Nature like other species and enjoy her instead of constantly attempting to conquer or tame her. Maybe it is time for us to Just Be.
“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” – Albert Einstein
